new year 2010."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si ya se que el d\u00eda \u00aboficial\u00bb para felicitar el a\u00f1o ser\u00eda ayer d\u00eda 31 pero uno que anda un poco ocupado y bueno mas tarde que nunca no? pues eso&#8230; yo ya le pedi mi deseo a este a\u00f1o, espero que me lo cumpla.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: orange;\">\u00abQue el 2010 te traiga todo aquello que andas buscando y te sea por lo menos 2010 veces mejor que el a\u00f1o pasado\u00bb<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entrenar? hoy? ufff a parte del mal tiempo que no nos abandona me estoy tomando una semana un poco de relax despu\u00e9s de la temporada de cyclo&#8230;.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;\">Bueno ayer 30 minutillos de rodillo&#8230;.. me esta enganchando otra vez el modelo de 3 rulos, lo ten\u00eda abandonado por casa y desde que el otro d\u00eda lo use un rato ya no volv\u00ed a usar el \u00abfijo\u00bb, mas que nada por las sensaciones en el pedaleo, mucho mas \u00abreal\u00bb, mas parecido a rodar en carretera&#8230;. pero eso si&#8230;. el tema rodillos aburre sea cual sea el tipo que uses&#8230; y como resultado suelen salir \u00abchorradas\u00bb como ponerte a sacar fotos o similares&#8230;. <\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left:
