Existe el mito de que entrenar con resistencias les va a provocar un incremento exagerado de la masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Pues lo cierto es que no es nada f\u00e1cil conseguir aumentar la masa muscular ni siquiera en un hombre que, gen\u00e9ticamente (debido a la testosterona), tiene m\u00e1s facilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres no producimos niveles tan elevados de testosterona con lo cual el esfuerzo es todav\u00eda mayor para desarrollar masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo hay que fijarse en los cuerpos moldeados, sin grasa y sin celulitis de las chicas \u201cfitness\u201d para darse cuenta de lo beneficioso que es el trabajo con cargas a intensidad elevada.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidado! As\u00ed que no os asust\u00e9is si pes\u00e1is m\u00e1s porque lo que importa es el volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo puedes usar una talla 40 pesando 60 kg con un porcentaje m\u00e1s elevado de grasa corporal o usar una 36 con el mismo peso pero con un porcentaje m\u00e1s bajo de grasa corporal y m\u00e1s masa magra.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s si aumentamos la masa muscular aumentaremos nuestro metabolismo basal. Esto significa que, en reposo, consumiremos mas K calor\u00edas y nos ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil bajar nuestro peso.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se densificar\u00e1 la masa \u00f3sea que es muy beneficioso para evitar la osteoporosis o que su desarrollo sea m\u00e1s lento.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que todo son ventajas.
