casco, nuestro gran amigo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El \u00fanico elemento imprescindible en la pr\u00e1ctica del ciclismo es el casco, y no debemos de escatimar con este elemento, a trav\u00e9s de este art\u00edculo trataremos de orientaos sobre este elemento esencial en la seguridad de el ciclista: os indicaremos los factores que deb\u00e9is de tener en cuenta a la hora de decidir vuestro casco ideal, cuando es necesario reemplazar vuestro casco, y los cuidados que deb\u00e9is de tener con vuestro casco.<\/p>\n<p>Elegir un casco<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de comprar un casco para ciclismo incluye m\u00e1s factores de los que creemos, en primer lugar nos debemos de preguntar qu\u00e9 disciplina o disciplinas vamos a practicar con el casco, por ejemplo si tan solo queremos un casco para movernos por la ciudad\u00a0 deberemos de fijarnos en que sea lo m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo posible, los trayectos ser\u00e1n cortos por lo que la ventilaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 muy importante, primando la visibilidad y que no lleguemos a nuestro destino ataviados con varias crestas compartiendo look con los lagartos de la serie de los 80, \u201cV\u201d, los que no conozc\u00e1is la serie a\u00f1ado la foto de uno de esos bichejos para que entend\u00e1is la est\u00e9tica del estilismo \u201cventilaciones del casco\u201d.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_910\" style=\"width: 294px\" espec\u00edficos para Skate o campillo son los m\u00e1s adecuados para deslizarnos por la urbe, si nos preocupa la ventilaci\u00f3n y vamos armados con un peine o incluso si no queremos tener un de carretera siempre vas m\u00e1s agachado y un casco con visera nos restar\u00eda \u00e1ngulo de visi\u00f3n con el riesgo que eso supone para nuestra seguridad, adem\u00e1s generalmente apenas hay zonas de sombra en la carretera, por ello es muy aconsejable que debamos de tener en cuenta la ventilaci\u00f3n, otro factor que hace muy c\u00f3modo a un casco dise\u00f1ado para la carretera es el id=\"caption-attachment-920\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Casco ideal para carretera<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Sin embargo si lo nuestro son los caminos el abanico se abre m\u00e1s, la visera es un accesorio recomendable para protegernos un poco del barro, golpes de las ramas o molestos reflejos, por otro lado unas ventilaciones de menor tama\u00f1o nos proteger\u00e1 de golpes contra piedras punzantes que nos puedan ocasionar golpes en la cabeza a costa de una menor ventilaci\u00f3n, cuanto m\u00e1s extremo sea nuestro uso m\u00e1s importante sea que la protecci\u00f3n, sin embargo un casco de carretera puede ser una opci\u00f3n interesante para los esclavos del puls\u00f3metro especialmente si combinamos la bici de carretera con la de monta\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_921\" id=\"caption-attachment-921\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Casco con visera<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo el summun de la protecci\u00f3n ser\u00edan los cascos integrales, destinados para descenso, descenso marathon, freeride o combinado con cascos de mejor ventilaci\u00f3n para pruebas de Enduro para tener una buena ventilaci\u00f3n subiendo y la mejor protecci\u00f3n bajado, suelen carecer de sujeci\u00f3n occipital y la estructura del casco baja hasta cubrir la nuca y un barbuquejo proteger\u00e1 nuestra cara. Otro factor que debemos de comprobar es la sujeci\u00f3n a la nuca del casco, que se adapte perfectamente a la forma de nuestro cr\u00e1neo, que notemos la fijaci\u00f3n a\u00fan sin habernos ajustado las correas. Tambi\u00e9n debemos de tener en cuenta la constricci\u00f3n del casco los in mold nos ofrece una mayor protecci\u00f3n dado que la parte encargada de absorber los impactos, de poliestireno expandido, una especie de corcho est\u00e1 inyectada alrededor de la carcasa, de este modo la segunda mantiene la estructura del casco.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_915\" style=\"width: 440px\" class=\"wp-caption conocidas suelen ofrecer repuestos para los cascos tales como almohadillas, correas o sujeciones.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00faltimo lugar recomiendo siempre que el casco, siempre que lo podamos saber, sea del mismo a\u00f1o para que sus propiedades est\u00e9n en el mejor estado dado que con el paso de los a\u00f1os no son tan efectivas.<\/p>\n<p>Vida \u00fatil de un casco<\/p>\n<p>Es algo que mucha gente desconoce y que sin embargo es muy importante, en primer lugar el sudor de nuestra cabeza es \u00e1cido y deteriora las propiedades del poliestireno del casco, adem\u00e1s el sol acaba con las propiedades absorbentes del casco que con el tiempo se partir\u00e1 sin m\u00e1s, por ello es recomendable cambiarlo cada 4 a\u00f1os en caso de no hacer mucho uso de \u00e9l y tan solo 2 a\u00f1os en caso de emplearlo a diario.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en caso de padecer alguna ca\u00edda donde hayamos recibido un impacto en el casco, haya pasado el tiempo que haya pasado deberemos de sustituirlo deterioran nuestro casco, por ello debemos de tomar una serie de precauciones con nuestro casco sobre todo en verano que nos permitan prolongar la vida \u00fatil de nuestro casco, en primer lugar cada 15 d\u00edas es conveniente que con un recipiente lleno de agua limpiemos todas las partes del casco para de este modo desaparezca cualquier rastro de sudor en el casco, tambi\u00e9n es conveniente tener un repuesto de almohadillas para cada semana limpiarlas y tener siempre el casco disponible, esta parte del casco es la que m\u00e1s sudor acumula por ello en cierto modo es una barrera de sudor entre el casco y nuestra cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>Otra medida importante a tener en cuenta es mantener el casco en un lugar apartado de la luz directa del sol, seco, no vendr\u00eda mal usar tener un par de saquitos de Silica Gel como los que viene en las cajas de calzado y de algunos cascos para que elimine parte de la humedad y a ser posible que est\u00e9 en un lugar fresco dado que el calor es uno de
